Cinnamon Buns
Scald 1 pint of milk with 1/2 cup sugar, 2 heaping tablespoons Ev-Re-Day margarine. When lukewarm add 1 cake compressed yeast dissolved in warm water, 3 eggs, 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Flour to make a stiff batter. Let rise until very light. Add 1/2 cup currants. Knead lightly. Stand again until very light. Roll 1/2 inch thick. Spread with Ev-Re-Day Margarine and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Roll up, cut an inch thick. Sprinkle again and stand until very light before baking.
